The Challenge
The client needed a team communication platform that could compete with established players while offering a cleaner, more focused experience. They had limited runway and needed to ship fast.
Our Approach
We started with a 48-hour deep dive to understand the core use cases and competitive landscape. We identified the key features that would differentiate Output: threaded conversations, smart notifications, and seamless integrations. We built incrementally, shipping a working product every week.
The Result
Delivered a production-ready iOS app and web platform in 12 weeks. The platform launched with core messaging, channels, direct messages, file sharing, and integrations with common developer tools. The client successfully raised their next round with a working product.

A high-performance execution system for a quantitative trading operation, handling real-time market data and order management.
The Challenge
The firm needed a robust execution system that could handle high-frequency market data streams, execute orders with minimal latency, and provide real-time monitoring and risk controls. Reliability and performance were non-negotiable.
Our Approach
We architected a system designed for low-latency from the ground up. Market data flows through optimized pipelines into a time-series database. The execution engine processes signals and manages orders with comprehensive logging and alerting. We implemented circuit breakers and risk limits at multiple levels.
The Result
The system processes millions of market data points per second with sub-millisecond order submission latency. It includes real-time P&L monitoring, position tracking, and automated risk management. The platform has been running in production with high reliability.
